Paradise Peach Surprise
Paradise Peach Surprise is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 58 minutes. Made with c. all-purpose flour, c. brown sugar, c. chopped pecans, c. melted butter and (8 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine flour, sugar and pecans.
Add margarine; mix well. Press this mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 25 minutes at 350Β°.
Cool.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Fold in the Cool Whip.
Spread over the cooled crust.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water. Chill to consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Put peach slices over cheese mixture.
Spoon chilled gelatin over peaches.
Cover and chill until firm.
This may need adjusting; for some ovens, 25 minutes is too long.
