Paradise Candy
Paradise Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. vanilla, saltine crackers and 12 oz. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Line a cookie sheet with tinfoil.
Line saltine crackers in rows on foil.
Melt together 2 sticks butter and 1 cup sugar. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add vanilla to the above.
Pour mixture on crackers.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 minutes. Sprinkle on 12 ounces chocolate chips.
Return to oven for 1 minute to melt chocolate.
Spread chocolate with a knife.
Add nuts; refrigerate for 2 hours.
Break into pieces.
