Paper Cup Frozen Salad
Paper Cup Frozen Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. commercial sour cream, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine cream, juice, sugar, and drained, crushed pineapple, banana pieces and enough red food color to give a pink tint.
Lightly fold in nuts and cherries. Spoon into fluted paper muffin
(large size) which have been placed in 3-inch muffin
Freeze.
Cover with plastic wrap and store in freezer.
Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving to loosen paper cups from pan.
Peel off paper cup and lettuce leaves.
Fills 12 large paper muffin cups.
