Paper Cup Frozen Salad
Paper Cup Frozen Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. sugar, 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained, 1 banana, diced and 1/4 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt, drained pineapple, banana and food coloring.
Lightly fold in nuts and cherries.
Spoon into paper muffin cups, which have been placed in 3-inch muffin pans.

Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
Remove from paper cups and place on greens.
