Paper Cup Frozen Salad
Paper Cup Frozen Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. commercial sour cream, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 (1 lb.) can pitted bing cherries, well drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine sour cream, lemon juice, salt, drained pineapple, banana and red coloring to give pink tint.
Fold in nuts and cherries. Spoon into fluted paper muffin cups (large) placed in muffin cup pans. Freeze.
Cover with plastic wrap.
After freezing, remove from pan and store in freezer.
Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving to loosen paper cups. Peel off paper and serve plain or on lettuce leaf.
