Papa'S Hot Tomatoes is an easy dinner. Made with small salad tomatoes, hot peppers and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Scald and peel tomatoes.
Put in jars; mash down until juice is at top.
Put in 1 medium pepper (jalapeΓ±o or chili) and 1/2 teaspoon salt per pint.
Put lids on.
Bring hot water bath to boiling, up to the lids.
Boil 35 minutes per pint.
