Panocha Icing
A caramel-toned brown sugar icing with the deep, butterscotch warmth of New Mexican panocha. Spreads silky over spice cake or sheet cake.

Melt margarine. Stir in brown sugar.
Boil 2 minutes, stirring all the time. Add sweet milk or cream.
