Panettone
Panettone is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 pkg. active dry yeast, 1 tsp. sugar, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1/3 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
Stir in 1 teaspoon sugar.
Stir in eggs, 1/2 cup butter, 1/3 cup sugar, salt, vanilla and grated lemon peel.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except melted butter, mixing to form stiff dough.
