Pancit
Pancit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 c. diced celery, 1/2 c. sliced carrots and 1 c. sliced zucchini or sugar peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook garlic in oil until barely brown.
Add celery and carrots and stir-fry about 1 minute.
Add zucchini, onion and pork. Stir-fry about 1 minute.
Use 1 packet from noodles to flavor. Cook noodles according to directions on pack, but use only 1 flavor packet.
Drain noodles and toss together with stir-fried vegetables.
Season with soy sauce to taste.
