Pancho's Cheese Dip
Pancho'S Cheese Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. american cheese, 2 small cans (2 lb.) whole tomatoes, 1 tbsp. garlic powder, 1 tbsp. cumin and 1/2 tbsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Blend cans of tomatoes (juice too).
Put in Dutch oven.
Add garlic powder, cumin and pepper.
Dice the jalapeño finely.
Add to mixture.
Bring to a boil.
Add the cheese (grated) until melted.
Remove from heat and cool.
Mixture will be thick and lumpy.
Add 1 cup of water and blend.
May freeze.
Makes a lot!
