Pancakes
Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 c. milk or 2 c. buttermilk and 1/4 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine eggs, milk and oil.
Mix dry ingredients together and blend with liquid mixture until smooth.
If batter thickens while standing, add a little milk.
Bake on lightly greased griddle. Bake until bubbles on top break and edges are cooked; turn and bake other side.
