Pan Enchiladas
Pan Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger meat, browned and drained, 6 servings cooked minute rice, 1 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 12 corn tortillas (small) and 2 cans enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat together enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
Layer as follows in 9 x 13-inch pan
6 corn tortillas (dipped in the enchilada sauce), hamburger meat, rice, half of the cheese, 6 corn tortillas (no need to dip these), enchilada sauce and cheese. Cook in 425Β° oven until cheese melts and browns (approximately 30 to 40 minutes).
