Pan Enchiladas
Pan Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3 c. rice, cooked, 1 1/2 c. grated cheese, 12 corn tortillas and 2 cans enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown ground beef.
Heat together enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
Layer as follows
6 corn tortillas dipped in enchilada sauce, ground beef, rice, half of the cheese, 6 corn tortillas not dipped.
Pour remaining enchilada sauce, then the remaining cheese.
Bake at 425Β° until cheese melts and browns, approximately 20 to 40 minutes.
