Pam's Sauce
Pam'S Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sausage, 2 lb. short ribs, 4 cans tomato paste, garlic powder and 2 lb. meatballs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Crush plum tomatoes in blender or food processor and place in large pot.
Add 3/4 of a can of water for each can of tomatoes, oil and sprinkle enough garlic powder to cover the tops of the tomatoes lightly.
Give a small shake of red pepper.
Cover; simmer on high while you fry the meats.
Stir occasionally.
Fry meats with bones first.
Add to sauce as they are browned.
Fry sausages next and lastly, meatballs.
Add to the pot.
