Pam's German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake
Pam'S German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. coconut, 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, 1 german chocolate cake mix (pillsbury plus), 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and 1/2 c. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle coconut and pecans in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to directions and pour over coconut mixture.
Mix cream cheese, margarine and sugar. Spoon over top of cake.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
