Palatschinken (Viennese Pancakes)
Palatschinken (Viennese Pancakes) is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. flour, 2 c. milk, 2 egg yolks, 1/4 c. sugar and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Beat butter and peanut butter together until creamy.
Add graham cracker crumbs and confectioners sugar a little at a time until well blended.
(Note
This mixture is very thick and heavy. I use a food processor to blend the ingredients.
If you use a mixer, dough hooks are helpful.)
Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch edged cookie sheet.
