Pa's Molasses Cookies
Pa'S Molasses Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. oil, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 c. molasses and 2 c. plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix first 4 ingredients well in large bowl.
Sift dry ingredients, omitting the 1/4 cup sugar.
Add dry ingredients to molasses mixture.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in 1/4 cup sugar.
Place 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
