P-Nut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 heaping tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 c. milk, pinch of salt and 3 heaping tbsp. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, over medium heat.
Remove from stove.
Beat in peanut butter.
Spread in lightly buttered, 8-inch square pan. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
Score.
Return to refrigerator for 2 hours.
