Ozark Pie
Ozark Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 3 or 4 heath bars and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine egg, sugar, salt, baking powder and flour; beat well. Stir apples and nuts into beaten mixture.
Pour into greased pie pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 minutes.
Spoon on the ice cream. Spread the crushed candy bars over the top and freeze.
