Oyster Stuffed Squash
Oyster Stuffed Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 small acorn squash, 2 tbsp. chopped onions, 2 (12 oz.) cans small oysters, drained, 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 1/2 qt. 1/2-inch soft bread cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Place squash cut sides down into 2 tablespoons butter.
Cover; bake 30 minutes at 350°.
Remove from oven; turn squash over. Saute onion, celery and oysters until tender; add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, French dressing and soft bread, 1/2 cup in each squash.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
