Oyster Stew
Oyster Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, few drops tabasco sauce, 1 pt. oysters and 1 qt. milk, scalded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine flour, salt and Tabasco with a little of oyster liquid.
Stir into oysters and rest of liquid.
Simmer over low heat until edges curl.
Pour scalded milk into oysters.
Heat to almost boiling.
Remove from stove and add butter, pepper and paprika.
Let stand for 15 minutes to mallow the flavor.
Do not boil at any time!
