Oyster Stew
Oyster Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. milk, 1 c. light cream, 1 can whole kernel corn (optional), 1 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat milk and cream just to scalding in a medium size saucepan.
Stir in corn and liquid, salt, paprika, pepper and thyme.
Saute green onions in butter slowly.
Then add oysters and liqueur; cook slowly for 5 minutes or just until edges of oysters start to curl.
Stir into the scalded milk mixture.
Heat very slowly, just to boiling.
