Oyster Stew
Oyster Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. shelled oysters, 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 qt. scalded milk and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Clean oysters, reserving liquid.
Heat butter.
Add oysters and liquid and water.
Simmer gently until edges of oysters begin to curl.
Add scalded milk, seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Garnish each serving with dash of paprika.
If richer stew is desired, substitute 1/2 cup cream for 1/2 cup milk.
