Oyster Scallop
Oyster Scallop is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. butter, 2 c. cracker crumbs, 1 pt. oysters, 1/2 c. milk and parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter. Add crumbs and mix well.
Spread 1/3 of the mixture in greased baking dish.
Put half of the oysters on top of crumbs in one layer. Season with salt and pepper.
Add a layer of crumbs, then a layer of oysters, then a final layer of crumbs. Pour milk over the top. Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes until top is browned. Garnish with parsley.
