Cook bay leaf, celery and onion until tender.

Discard bay leaf.

Add parsley and bread crumbs.

Mix thoroughly.

To this, add eggs, oysters, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.

Add milk to oyster liquid to make 1/2 to 2/3 cup of liquid.

Mix all together.

Put in crock-pot and cook for 1 hour on high and 4 hours on low.
