Oyster Casserole or Dip
Oyster Casserole Or Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 3/4 stick butter, 2 tbsp. grated onion, 1 clove garlic and tabasco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook and drain spinach and set aside.
Melt butter; add all spices.
Drain oysters and blot with towel.
Combine butter mixture with drained spinach.
Add bread crumbs and oysters and stir gently.
Place in a greased casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Then uncover for 15 minutes.
Serve with Melba toast for appetizer.
