Oyster Casserole
Oyster Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can oysters, 1/4 lb. crackers, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. processed (velveeta type) cheese, more or less to taste and milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Drain oysters, reserving liquid.
Crumble crackers.
Mix oyster liquid with about equal amounts of milk and the mushroom soup and heat on slow burner.
Add drained oysters to the crackers, cubed cheese, and chopped broccoli.
Lightly stir in the liquid mixture.
Turn into sprayed ovenproof dish and bake uncovered in 400Β° oven for about 30 minutes.
