Oyster Casserole
Oyster Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) cans oysters, 2 c. coarsely grated oyster crackers (unsalted), 1 tsp. grated onions, 1/3 c. melted butter and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain oysters and save juice.
Combine crackers and onion to melted butter.
Arrange in layers, oysters on bottom of casserole, ending with crumbs on top.
Add 1/4 cup of oyster juice to milk and pour over top.
