Oyster Casserole
Oyster Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 jar oysters and liquid, 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped and 4 green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Saute chopped peppers, celery, onions and garlic in margarine until glazed.
Add oysters and juice.
When oysters start to curl, add soup, hot sauce and cracker crumbs.
Put in greased casserole. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
