Overnight French Toast
Overnight French Toast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices french or other white bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (with or without crust), 8 oz. cream cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes, 1 1/2 c. frozen or fresh blueberries, 12 eggs and 1/3 c. maple syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place half the bread cubes in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with cream cheese cubes, blueberries and remaining bread.
Beat together eggs, syrup and milk; pour evenly over bread.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 15 to 30 minutes until top is golden and crunchy. Serve warm.
