Overnight Egg Casserole
Overnight Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, 1 1/2 c. milk, 6 eggs, 3/4 tsp. salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cut crust off bread and cut into cubes; set aside.
Combine milk, eggs, salt, mustard and pepper.
Lightly combine together milk mixture, bread crumbs and ham or sausage.
Pour mixture into 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass dish, greased lightly.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Bake in preheated 325Β° oven about 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
