Overnight Coffee Cake
Overnight Coffee Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add buttermilk, margarine and eggs. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Spoon batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine remainder of brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover next morning and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm.
