Overnight Candy
Overnight Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 small bag chocolate chips and 2 c. pecan pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Beat egg whites and sugar until very stiff.
Add chocolate chips, vanilla and pecans.
Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
Turn oven off.
Place in oven and leave overnight.
Remove with spatula.
