Overnight Buns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water and 2 tsp. sugar, 4 c. warm water, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. oil and 12 to 14 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix yeast, 1/2 cup warm water and 2 teaspoon sugar in small bowl and let raise until foamy to the top.

In large bowl, mix 4 cups warm water, sugar and oil.

Add yeast mixture, then flour and salt.

Mix all ingredients together and knead real good.

Grease hands with Crisco when working out and put flour in the bottom of pan when working down.

Make up at 6:00 p.m.

Work down at 8:00 p.m.

Shape into buns at 10:00 p.m.

Bake the next morning.

Dough shouldn't be sticky.

The less flour you use the better.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375Β°.

Can be made in the day, also.
