Overnight Buns
Overnight Buns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. lukewarm water, 1/2 tbsp. yeast, 1/3 stick oleo, melted, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. potato flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast in water. Add oleo, sugar, salt, beaten egg and potato flakes. Add flour. Mix at 4 p.m. in the afternoon. Knead down after it rises high at 9 p.m.
Make in buns. Put into 9 x 13-inch pan. Let rise until morning. Put plastic bag over buns while rising. Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
