Oven Stew
Oven Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean beef cubes, potatoes, cut in chunky pieces, carrots, cut in chunky pieces, 1 packet lipton onion soup and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Shake beef cubes in paper bag with flour.
Place beef on bottom of 2 1/2-quart covered casserole baking dish.
Put potatoes and carrots on top of beef.
Sprinkle with Lipton soup.
Mix 1 can tomato soup with 1 can water and pour over beef and vegetables. Cover with tight lid.
(Frozen peas may also be added.)
Bake in 300Β° oven for three hours without removing lid.
