Oven Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. stew meat, 4 potatoes, peeled and diced, 2 medium onions, quartered, 2 stalks celery, sliced and 4 carrots, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In 3-quart or larger baking dish, layer first 5 ingredients. In small bowl, combining remaining ingredients.
Mash tomatoes with fork; pour over first ingredients.
Do not stir.
Put in preheated oven at 350Β°.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN for 2 hours.
Full time: 3 to 4 hours.
