Oven Roasted Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope lipton onion recipe soup mix, 2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks and 1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 450Β°.
In a large plastic bag, add all ingredients.
Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty potatoes into shallow baking pan; discard bag. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
Makes about 8 servings.
