Oven Pot Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. beef pot roast, 1 envelope dry onion soup mix and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Line baking pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil or use a cooking bag.
Place roast in pan, in center of foil or bag.
Sprinkle all sides with onion soup mix.
Spoon cream of mushroom soup on top; seal in meat.
Bake at 350Β° for about 3 hours.
Remove meat to platter.
Skim off excess fat from meat juices.
Serves juices with meat or thicken to make a gravy.
