Coat chicken pieces with mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
Microwave 1 stick butter on High in a shallow baking dish for 1 minute or until melted.
Arrange chicken in single layer in butter, turning to coat each piece.
Microwave for 10 minutes on High, giving dish a 1/4 turn twice during cooking time.
