Oven Hash Potatoes
Oven Hash Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 stick margarine, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 tsp. salt and 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish melt 1/2 of the stick of margarine.
Pour hash brown potatoes over margarine.
(Leave at room temperature for a few minutes or thaw in microwave for a few minutes.)
Put on salt, pepper and parsley.
Mix soup, sour cream, cheese and onion.
Pour on top of potatoes.
Melt other half stick of margarine and pour over crushed corn flakes.
Mix together and put on top of the casserole.
Bake in a 350Β° oven 45 minutes. Serves a large number of people.
