Mix egg and milk.
Soak meat for at least 2 hours.
Heat oven to 500Β° before putting meat in oven.
Dip meat from liquid and roll in meal or flour.
Spray cookie sheet with Pam.
Arrange meat in pan with small space between pieces.
Spray meat with Pam evenly. Place in center of hot oven; will brown evenly without turning.
