Oven Fried Chicken
Oven Fried Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 10 (24 oz.) chicken breasts, 2 c. dairy sour cream, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 4 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 tsp. celery salt or ground seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cut chicken breast into half.
Wipe dry; remove skin and excess fat.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except margarine and cornflakes.
Stir well.
Add chicken.
Make sure each piece is covered well.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Remove chicken pieces and blot off with paper towel.
Dip each piece in melted margarine.
Roll in cornflake crumbs.
