Oven Fried Chicken
Oven Fried Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, 1/2 c. low fat buttermilk, 2 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper sauce and 1 1/4 c. crushed fat free caesar croutons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In resealable plastic bag, combine chicken, buttermilk, thyme, pepper sauce and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove chicken.
In separate resealable plastic bag, combine chicken and croutons; shake to coat.
Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake 30 minutes turning once.
