Oven-Fried Chicken
Oven-Fried Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with half chicken per person, 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, pepper and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Chicken water.
Cut away skin and fat.
Discard. Cut the chicken into pieces, dip in cold water and wipe dry. Shake the chicken pieces in a paper bag with seasoned flour (flour, salt and pepper).
Preheat the Dutch oven. When it is hot,
2 tablespoons of cooking oil and add the chicken pieces. until golden.
Put lid on oven and add coals on top.
Bake, basting the chicken occasionally, for 15 minutes. Turn the pieces over and cook 15 minutes more.
