Oven French Toast
Oven French Toast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. sugar, 3/4 tsp. cinnamon, 3 eggs, slightly beaten and 3/4 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Melt butter in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan in hot oven at 425Β°.
Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Mix eggs and orange juice; dip bread slices in the mixture until bread is well soaked.
Arrange close together in pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until set.
Invert on serving plates and serve with hot maple syrup and sifted powdered sugar.
