Oven Chicken Stew
Oven Chicken Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cut-up fryer, plus, well seasoned (i use 12 pieces), 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. wine, 4 oz. can mushrooms and liquid and 2 tsp. kitchen bouquet, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine soup, wine, mushrooms, Kitchen Bouquet, celery, onions and peppers.
Mix all ingredients well and put into Dutch oven or 5-quart Corning dish.
Bake 2 hours at 350Β°, covered.
Stir about half-way.
