Oven Caramel Corn
Oven Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 qt. popped corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. butter, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. karo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil all ingredients, except corn and soda, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add soda.
Stir in quickly and pour over popped corn, mixing well.
Put in large pan and place in oven.
Bake at 200° to 225° for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Store in tightly closed containers.
