Cut florets from broccoli.
Peel stalks and cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
Place a jellyroll pan in a 500° oven for 5 minutes.
Add broccoli in a single layer.
Bake at 500°, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Just before serving, drizzle with vinegar.
