Oven Beef Soup
Oven Beef Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 1/2 lb. beef stew, cubed, 1 can condensed beef/mushroom soup, 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In 5-quart Dutch oven, over medium-high heat in hot oil, cook 1/2 of beef until brown, stirring often.
Remove; set aside. Repeat with remaining beef.
Spoon off fat.
